Brandi Dolendo is the visionary force behind FEMME7, a movement over a decade in the making and backed by more than 25 years of international experience as a performer, show director, and creative producer. The spark first ignited in 2010 while she was working as a show designer for Walibi World, the Netherlands’ largest theme park. Even then, she knew the idea was bigger than the stage she was standing on—a bold reimagining of how female talent could be showcased in the entertainment world.
The vision gained momentum when Brandi moved to London, where she introduced early versions of the concept in some of the city’s top venues. The success of those first performances proved the idea had power,
but the formula wasn’t complete.
Everything changed when she returned to the U.S. during the COVID era and felt the creative stagnation of women in the Central Florida’s entertainment landscape. Frustrated by the lack of opportunity, representation, and the industry's narrow casting standards, Brandi knew it was time to disrupt the status quo. Meeting her creative partner and husband, Troy Dolendo—a musical genius who shared her unconventional vision of blending songs in ways others thought impossible—was the final piece.
Together, they brought FEMME7 to life: not just as an act, but as a fearless movement to shatter expectations, break casting molds, and prove that
talent knows no boundaries.

Troy Dolendo is the musical architect behind FEMME7, an internationally sought-after arranger, producer, and music director whose career spans over 30 years at the highest levels of the entertainment industry. His credits include collaborations with legends such as Prince, Tony Bennett, Stevie Wonder, and Broadway star Shoshana Bean, as well as arrangements
commissioned for the Oscars, the Grammys, and stages across
Europe, Asia, and the United States.

Maddy Owens - FEMME7 Choreographer
Maddy Owens serves as Femme7’s choreographer, dance captain, and resident rapper—bringing over 25 years of professional dance experience and a lifetime of artistic versatility to the group.
She has toured with Daddy Yankee, Ashanti, and Mila J, and performed alongside leading artists such as Pitbull, Kelly Clarkson, J Balvin, Marc Anthony, Becky G, Nick Cannon, Prince Royce, Wisin y Yandel, Bad Bunny, Ricky Martin, Ozuna, Gente de Zona, and more. Her television and award-show credits include Latin Billboards, BET’s 106 & Park, The Ellen Show, Premios Juventud, Lo Nuestro, and Deportes, as well as appearances on David Makes Man, Laker Girls, and La Banda.
This expansive commercial and stage experience laid the foundation for her transition into creative leadership. A seasoned creative leader with credits at Norwegian Cruise Line and Universal Studios Hollywood, Maddy is known for her precision, fierce musicality, and ability to uphold artistic integrity across every performance. She also served as Dance Captain for the Miami Heat Dancers and performed with the Los Angeles Laker Girls, adding elite professional team experience to her performance and leadership background.
She first made waves as a rapper, singer, and songwriter in the girl group Rebel City, and now, under Rebel Sky Entertainment, she keeps the rebel spirit alive—fearless, bold, and unapologetically nonconforming.
As choreographer and dance captain, Maddy shapes Femme7’s visual identity—crafting movement and staging that fuse the group’s pop, rock, R&B, and hip-hop influences into electrifying, signature performances.
